Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://navacleaningservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Deep Cleaning,, Apartment Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, General Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning provided by Nava Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://navacleaningservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nava Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Nava Cleaning Services may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Nava Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Nava Cleaning Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Nava Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
